SOCIAL PREFERENCE

The Creator is excited by the possibilities that people bring to any equation. This is what energizes The Creator to begin a path of exploration.

They are super-sensors with a knack for picking up on vibes and cues from people and the surrounding environment, which makes them great collaborators and savvy communicators who think quickly on their feet. It is through this responsive energy that they masterfully create and innovate with others.  They believe that the collaborative process can evoke its own unique story that connects us in feeling.

Creators are Amiable and Expressive. 

Amiable preferences tend to be friendly and mild-tempered. They value relationships highly and are often considered agreeable and supportive as they shy away from conflict. These preferences share how they are feeling freely and appreciate building affinity with others. 

Those with Expressive preferences tend to be personable, conversational, and enthusiastic. They can be seen as emotional and sometimes opinionated because they often are more open toward others about how they feel.

INTERPRETIVE PREFERENCE

The Creator loves testing and building with others, to get up close to the content and information at hand. They observe and digest information through the 5 senses, creating and innovating by responding to people and their environment. 

Creators gravitate towards a narrative that is told through impactful visuals that can inspire and resonate. They recall experiences through human-centric stories and how a narrative feels. 

Object preferences gravitate towards things, aesthetics, artistry, use, ownership, and visual language when connecting with content. Physical preferences tend to be drawn to physiological sensations, including motion, touch, sound, taste, light, and smell.

LEARNING PREFERENCE

Creators have a highly innovative, conceptual, and abstract learning preference. They look for connections and relationships between concepts and they prefer an open-ended, exploratory environment where they can be free to ask questions.

They learn by testing and doing and collaborating with others and want to be up close with the content at hand. Impactful visuals to convey narrative will inspire and resonate with the Creator. 

Creators tend to be Visual and Kinesthetic learners.

A Visual Learning Preference means that you like to explore things visually to learn and process new information. You understand new information best through graphs, charts, models, hierarchies, and other graphic representations of new material. 

A Kinesthetic learner prefers to use experience and practice as the way to engage with new content and often likes to learn through doing. This can include hands-on activities, workshops, demonstrations, applications, and similar.

LEADERSHIP PREFERENCE

It is through strong intuition and bold decision-making that The Creator will lead others. They enjoy looking at problems from all angles, which makes them empathetic to various viewpoints. They want to energize and motivate the group mission in order to build something original and meaningful.

They love to energize the large group mission while they collaborate and motivate team members to be their best.

Creators are Missionary Builder and Solutions Warrior Leaders. 

Missionary Builder leaders aim for more than mere business success. For them, human values are what drives their passion to succeed. Success for these preferences is gauged by teams, trust, and relationships built in collaboration. Missionary Builders are motivated by initiating change rather than competition or money.

Solutions Warrior leaders are inclusive in their process of seeking ideas and contributions.  This preference cares about incremental results and concrete solutions, drawing upon the team’s collective powers to uncover insights (truths) and flip challenges to opportunities. They tend to leverage communication and their creative skill-set in their work.
